With over 15 years of experience in industrial property, I assist my clients with all their trademark and design projects.

I like creating long-term relationships with my clients in order to understand their goals and needs so as to develop the best strategy for them.

I am used to working on extension strategies worldwide and managing proceedings and litigation in France and abroad. In this sense, I am fully conversant with INPI and EUIPO filing, renewal, registration, opposition, nullity and revocation procedures, as well as WIPO procedures. I also have a solid network of international colleagues with whom I have worked closely, focusing on understanding other practices and law, as I developed over the years a strong interest in comparing laws and procedures abroad.

This inclusive and comprehensive approach of both the client's world and the IP law system enables me to find a more adapted response to my client's needs.
