Ina Törrönen

As a senior associate in our Helsinki Employment Group, I assist both our domestic and international clients across all areas of employment law.

I assist clients in a wide range of employment law matters, including drafting contracts, termination of employment and cases of underperformance. My areas of expertise also include employment law issues related to mergers and acquisitions and questions regarding protection of privacy in working life.

I have several years of experience in employment law in another global business law firm. Prior to joining the employment law practice, I gained experience also in corporate law and M&A. My diverse background has given me a deep understanding of organizational structures, business complexities and the corporate environment.

My approach centres on providing clients with practical and clear solutions to all kinds of employment law challenges, from everyday matters to complex legal situations. At the core of my work is a focus on preventive measures and risk minimisation, taking into account the needs of the business.

I am a member of the Finnish Bar Association.
