I am an associate working in the Corporate group in Paris, advising clients on corporate matters with a focus on venture capital financings.

I mainly advise innovative companies in France and abroad throughout every stage of their corporate life cycle, as well as private equity and industrial investors that finance them, particularly in the life sciences and technology sectors.

I also advise French and international clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including management incentive schemes.

Prior to rejoining Bird & Bird, I was an associate at an international law firm.
