Lorena Mondragón Velázquez

I am a corporate lawyer admitted to practice law in in both France and Mexico.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained significant experience through in house legal departments, where I was able to better understand clients' needs and develop a deeper knowledge of how a company operates.

Having worked in an international context, I leverage my experience in litigation and legal counsel to assist our clients with their daily legal affairs. I guide them through all stages of their business development, including private equity and M&A.

I advise international clients that comprise both local and international companies, whether private or publicly traded, as well as investment funds and executives.
