Léa Hautier

I am an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency group, based in our Paris office.

I assist creditors, debtors and investors at all stages of preventive restructuring proceedings and insolvency
proceedings.

I also intervene in commercial and civil litigation from pre-litigation to enforcement proceedings.

Before joining Bird Bird, I trained in French and American law firms, as well as in a judicial administrator firm.
