Lînah Bonneville

I am a member of Bird & Bird's litigation team in Paris.

My practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation in diverse industry sectors, with an emphasis on life sciences and healthcare disputes. I assist our French and international clients in their product liability cases and commercial litigation matters.

I hold a Master 2 in Health Law from Université Paris II Assas and a Master 1 in Private Law from Université Paris I Sorbonne as well as a Common Law diploma from Université Paris I.

Before joining Bird & Bird in September 2025 as an associate, I notably worked at a French law firm specialising in regulatory matters. This experience allowed me to acquire knowledge of the French healthcare system as well as the regulatory obligations applicable to pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle, providing me with an understanding of both the preventive and litigation aspects of pharmaceutical law.

I speak fluent French and English and have proficiency in German.
