Oisín Cronin

I am an associate in the Corporate team, based in Dublin.

My experience encompasses M&A, venture capital, private equity, corporate restructurings and comprehensive day-to-day corporate advisory work.
I work with both domestic and multinational clients across a broad range of transactions. My work spans the entire corporate lifecycle, from advising on company formations and fundraisings, through to guiding established businesses on significant M&A transactions or corporate restructurings. I focus on several key industries, including life sciences, tech, gaming and defence.

I adopt a collaborative and people-oriented approach. I believe that effective legal advice stems from a thorough understanding of the law and of the client, their business objectives, and the commercial realities of the markets in which they operate. This client-centric philosophy enables me to deliver solutions that are practical, commercially astute, and aligned with strategic goals.

I enjoy building strong working relationships with clients and helping them navigate complex legal challenges and I am committed to understanding what success looks like for each client and working collaboratively to achieve it.
