Data Protection Officer Services
The GDPR and/or UK GDPR may mean that your organisation has to appoint, or decides to, appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Whilst it is possible to designate someone internally, there are benefits for outsourcing the DPO function. We offer outsourced DPO as a service.
GDPR and/or UK GDPR Representative Services
If your organisation is established outside the European Economic Area (EEA) but is doing business within the EEA, then according to the Article 27 of the GDPR you need a representative in the European Union to be legally allowed to do so. These are commonly called EU Representative, GDPR Representative or Article 27 Representative. This applies:
- if it is apparent that you intend to offer goods and/or services to individuals in the EEA; or
- if you monitor the behaviour of individuals located in the EEA.
