We provide you with an overview:

  • The current German legal framework: What regulations and requirements to ensure equal pay already exist now?
  • EU directive on pay transparency: What obligations does the EU directive contain for employers and when do they have to be complied with?
  • Practical tips: What concrete steps can and should you take now to review and adapt your remuneration structures?
