Professional titles and jurisdiction

Partners in the Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen offices are members of The Hong Kong Law Society.

Partners in the Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen offices are not qualified as lawyers in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC” or “China”). Non-PRC lawyers, including all lawyers employed by Hong Kong law firms or international law firms with a presence in the PRC, are not permitted to advise formally on PRC law in China.
