Bird & Bird advises Nordic Alpha Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in Airwatergreen Group AB

Nordic Alpha Partners (NAP), a leading European technology growth fund, has carried out a majority investment in Airwatergreen Group AB, a Swedish company that develops, manufactures and sells products for air treatment based on patented and proven technology.

The investment will enable Airwatergreen to accelerate its growth and expand its presence in Europe and globally, as well as to further develop its innovative solutions for energy-efficient air dehumidification and climate control. The company’s products are suitable for various applications and industries, such as industrial, commercial, public, and residential buildings, as well as storage facilities, museums, churches, and sports arenas.

NAP is a sustainable impact fund (also called an article 9 fund) that targets high-potential SME companies with either tangible products or digital solutions that have the potential to drive global transformations, specifically within digital and green industries.
