I've seen first-hand how critical workforce decisions are to business success, and I bring that commercial awareness to every matter I handle. This experience means I don't just understand the law – I understand the business context in which it operates.

I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2019 with a first-class law degree, which gave me a strong academic foundation. However, it's the combination of that legal knowledge with my commercial experience that allows me to provide comprehensive advice that works in the real world, not just in theory.
