Andrea Fernandez Martinez

I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Corporate and M&A department in the Madrid office.

My practice is currently focused on advising national and international clients in all types of M&A transactions, participating on due diligence procedures and corporate restructuring, both in national and multi-jurisdictional transactions, concerning companies active in different sectors and industries.

I also advise our clients regarding their corporate secretarial issues.

I am used to working in an international environment, being fluent in English in addition to my native Spanish.
