I have been qualified as a solicitor for nearly thirty years, handling litigation matters across a broad range of sectors, especially those which are multijurisdictional in nature.
I am a Counsel in our Hong Kong office. Over the years I have acted for banks, companies and high-net-worth individuals in banking disputes, liquidations, receiverships, personal bankruptcies, contractual disputes, and intellectual property cases. I also have experience in advising on compliance and legislative policy.Prior to joining Bird & Bird, my experience included working for a Fortune 100 company as their Global head of Brand Integrity. Prior to this I was a litigation partner of a leading international law firm.
