Anna Davyskib

I am a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Sydney, working with Jonathan Ellis and Julie Cheeseman assisting our clients navigate complex litigations and disputes, having acted for key clients in the insurance, superannuation, financial services, government (including Defence), aviation, media, aged care and construction sectors.

I have a strong background in acting on behalf of and advising clients in relation to contractual disputes, liability, shareholder class actions, regulatory investigations, consumer law disputes (including responding to allegations of false and misleading representations, and unconscionable conduct), debt recovery, deeds of release and settlement, and other matters arising in complex litigation and disputes.

I have considerable experience advising clients on broader legal and business risks, including reputational issues. I work with a mix of other practice groups, including financial services and technology law, to assist in navigating the clients' complex issues, and advise on strategies to respond to both potential risks and existing disputes.

Prior to joining our firm, I worked at several other international law firms and have demonstrated experience acting on behalf of a Federal Government department as a solicitor advocate in judicial review proceedings.
