I am an Associate in the Greater China Employment team based in Hong Kong. I advise and represent clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

I have experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. In particular, I have given a full range of employment advice regarding recruitment, termination, redundancies, employee investigations, bonus entitlements, and compliance with anti-discrimination legislations. I also have experience in drafting employment handbooks and handling complaints to the Equal Opportunities Commission.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained extensive experience in handling both immigration and employment matters. I advised clients in visa applications, permanent residence, and citizenship matters for in-bound and out-bound immigration. By handling immigration tasks, I developed a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and their intersection with employment matters. This experience has equipped me with valuable insights and a unique perspective that I bring to my current role as an employment lawyer at Bird & Bird.
