Benjamin Simon

I am a senior associate in our Corporate Group, with a particular focus on venture capital and M&A transactions in the technology and media, sports, and entertainment sectors.

I have extensive experience advising clients, from start-ups and management teams, VCs and global corporates, on a range of transactions.

In VC I advise clients across the full life-cycle, from early-stage seed investments to late stage exits, as well as advising on general M&A, joint ventures and other corporate matters.

As a member of Bird & Bird's tech sector focus group, I really enjoy working in the tech sector, seeing businesses and products disrupt the market and have real world impacts. I particularly enjoy working closely with founders and management teams to understand their commercial objectives, become a trusted advisor and help them grow their business.
