As an associate in our Corporate/M&A department in Paris, I advise international and French clients on corporate law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations.

I assist and advise French and international clients on day-to-day corporate matters and on all stages of their corporate life, from incorporation to exit through their restructuring and growth operations.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in the corporate department of an international English law firm.
