Camilla Triboldi

As associate in the department of regulatory and administrative in our Rome office, I assist Italian and foreign clients in administrative litigation, as well as in extra-judicial issues, mainly in the field of public contracts and in various regulated sectors.

I graduated with honours in Law from the University of Trento and subsequently obtained a second level Interuniversity Master in Administrative Law (MIDA) from the LUISS Guido Carli University.

In the course of my professional experience, I've specialised in administrative law, specifically around issues concerning public contracts.
I deal with drafting of judicial acts and legal opinions, resolution of operational issues and analysis of tender documentation and requirements, also in order to provide concrete support to companies when participating in public procedures.

Before joining our firm in April 2021, I was part of a leading law firm in Rome exclusively specialising in public contracts (concessions and PPPs, works, services and supply contracts). I also focused on the regulated sectors (including energy, pharmaceuticals, defence and security) and providing inter alia assistance in proceedings before regulatory authorities.
