Caroline Beume

As an associate in our Düsseldorf office specialising in international employment law, I advise domestic and foreign companies of all sizes in all areas of individual and collective employment law.

I support our clients in all aspects of employment law. This includes both individual legal issues - such as the drafting of employment contracts, ongoing personnel work or termination law issues - as well as collective aspects of employment law. My work also includes court representation in individual and collective employment law cases.

I completed my studies in Bochum, focusing on employment and social law. I gained practical experience in international employment law during my time as a research assistant and legal trainee at two large international law firms.
