I am a senior associate in our M&A team in France, my practice focusing on corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions.

I assist French and international clients - companies, investment funds and managers - for French or cross border external growth transactions, investment or strategic partnerships in a wide range of sectors.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2023, I worked over seven years in international and US law firms, assisting major French and foreign companies, funds and institutional investors for M&A and private equity transactions.

• French business angel: assisting in the fund raising of a company specialising in the production and sale of dietary supplements and raw materials for industrial and organic chemistry (2023).
• French outsourced sales force company: assisting the sellers in the sale of 7 companies specialized in the outsourced sales force (2022-2023)
• KlimaVest ELTIF: assisting the first impact fund for private investors whose aim is to invest in and contribute to climate protection, in connection with the acquisition from Mirova Eurofideme III of its 49% stake in Valeco REN, a company owning 11 wind farms and solar power plants (2022).
• French leading global consulting and digital services company (Valiantys): assisting in the LBO of a leading global consulting and digital services company.
• Luxembourg investment fund: advising in the financing of a joint venture for the purpose of acquiring and creating a group of hotels (2021).
• Swiss international commodity trading company: advising in the acquisition of a minority stake in a nickel and cobalt mining and production company operating in New Caledonia (2020-2021).
• French leader in the chemical industry: assisting on the joint venture with one of the world leading cyanoacrylate manufacturers (2020).
• International mining group: assisting in various divestitures of industrial sites in France (2019-2020).
• Pechel: assisting in the MBO of JEMS Group (leader in Big Data and pioneer of data-driven digital transformation) (2019).
• Lisi Aerospace Structural Components, a subsidiary of Lisi Aerospace: assisting in the sale of its subsidiaries Indraero-Siren (IAOSI) and Lisi Aerospace Creuzet Maroc SA, specialising in the assembly of aeronautical structures, to Quantum Capital Partners, a German investment fund (2019).
• Lactalis: assisting in the acquisition of a global infant nutrition business of a pharmaceutical group (2019).
• Leading and sustainable energy player in Luxembourg: assisting in the acquisition of a stake in a company specialised in the advanced artificial intelligence analytics in order to detect and visualise new energy savings opportunities for manufacturing (2019).
• American leading car rental group: assisting on the sale of three companies specialised in car rental and car-sharing service (2016-2018).
