I assist national and international companies, their managers, as well as investment funds, in their decision making, in the development and the achievement of their M&A transactions and in their governance issues.

I am particularly involved in all stages of negotiations and drafting of share purchase agreements, shareholders' or partnership agreements, joint ventures and asset and liability guarantees. I also advise companies with their leveraged buyouts and due diligence.

Dealing with general corporate matters and sharing the vision of companies, I like to be their privileged contact in the development of their activity and their business.
