David Robine

I am Of Counsel at Bird & Bird in Paris specialising in restructuring, particularly in an international context, and financing law.

Apart from being Of Counsel at Bird & Bird, I am also professor in private law at the University of Bordeaux. I teach insolvency law, financial law, corporate law and securities laws which are my main areas of expertise. I specialise in matters which connect these different subjects, as well as in European and international restructuring.

I am the co-author of Précis Dalloz Droit des entreprises en difficulté, Précis Dalloz Droit financier and of more than a hundred scientific publications.

During my career, I have been a consultant and lawyer in various law firms, including French Supreme Court law firms.

I am member of the European Association for Banking and Finance Law and of TMA France.
