I am a solicitor currently working in the Corporate – Real Estate team at Bird & Bird Hong Kong.

After completing my secondary education in Hong Kong, I pursued my legal studies at University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom. Subsequently, I completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong.

I have developed extensive experience in the corporate and real estate sectors while working in the Corporate – Real Estate team, where I advise on initial public offerings of companies on the Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, as well as on real estate mergers and acquisitions and high-net-worth individuals in respect of trust portfolios and property disputes.

I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
