As an Of Counsel at our firm and a long-standing partner in our Corporate team in Munich, I have developed a reputation for hands-on, practical advice and unparalleled sector knowledge, drawing on over a decade of in-house experience in aerospace and medicine.
Specialising in technology, I can offer our clients extensive experience in aviation and aerospace, communications, medical systems and media. My practice focuses on international and cross-border M&A deals, M&A corporate law, large-scale commercial transactions, and insolvency and restructuring. In recent years, I have advised on large transactions for Nokia Networks and Stefanel.Over the course of my diverse career, I have held senior legal and commercial positions in the medical and aerospace industries, including the roles of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Dornier GmbH and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of DaimlerChrysler Aerospace AG.
Before joining our team, I headed the Corporate / M&A practice in the Munich office of a major German, internationally active lawfirm.
