I am associate in Bird & Bird's International Employment practice group in Singapore. I advise a broad range of clients on Employment related matters.

As part of Bird & Bird's International Employment Law team in Singapore, I provide comprehensive guidance and representation on a variety of employment-related matters. I assist clients with drafting and reviewing employment contracts, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws to protect their interests. In the event of a dispute, I represent clients in cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.

My background in dispute resolution enables me to foresee potential conflicts and proactively address them. I identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring that employment contracts and HR policies are robust and compliant. In contentious situations, my experience allows me to navigate negotiations and litigation effectively, protecting clients' interests and achieving favourable outcomes.
