As an associate in our International HR Services Group based in Paris, I advise and support our clients on all aspects of employment law and on litigation matters.

I assist and advise clients on matters relating to individual employment relationships (including employee recruitment, working time, paid leave, termination of employment) as well as collective employment relations (such as implementation of internal policies through collective agreements or charters, the management of employee representative bodies, and support during restructuring processes).

I also handle pre-litigation negotiations and represent clients before the relevant courts in all employment law disputes.
My goal is to provide comprehensive legal support tailored to each client's specific needs.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked within the employment teams of both French and international law firms, where I gained solid experience in employment law, which I now put at the service of our clients.
