Francesco Bianco

I am an associate in the finance & financial regulation department of the Milan office and specializes in banking and finance law.

In particular, I have gained experience in the acquisition and corporate finance sectors, advising local and international players such as banks, funds and sponsors in connection with financing transactions – including deals backed by CDP, EIB and SACE guarantees - and corporate acquisitions.

I have also been involved in several project finance transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure markets. My expertise also extends to financial initiatives in the sports sector, including projects for the construction of sports facilities and the financing of companies operating in such market.
