I am a trainee associate in the IP team of the Budapest office.
In my role I contribute to the IP portfolio management and enforcement of clients, which involves participating in oppositions, cancellation and revocation actions on national and EU level, as well as taking part in litigious matters.
I obtained my degree at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest in July 2020. Besides completing my studies I worked at civil and criminal law firms as a trainee, hence gaining an insight to the practical dimensions of both fields.
While participating in an Erasmus scholarship in 2019, I could broaden my academic horizons attending the University of Lund in Sweden where I specialised in the field of European business law, within the framework of which I studied, among other topics, the licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights of SMEs and MNEs.
Before joining the firm I gained experience at a tier one Hungarian law firm specialised in IP, where I could support a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients in trademark-, copyright- and design right-related matters, participating in alternative dispute resolution, as well as contributing to the firm's competition law practice.
Besides my native Hungarian, I am fluent in English.
