As Frankfurt-based Counsel in our International Real Estate Practice Group, I advise on complex, technology-driven, high-value, multi-stakeholder real estate transactions in the logistics, industrial, office, digital infrastructure and healthcare sectors, domestically and cross-border.

I advise private equity funds, institutional investors, multinational corporates, family offices, project developers and asset managers on high-value real estate transactions and complex asset management mandates.

My practice covers the full spectrum of asset and share deal acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions, sale-and-leaseback structures and development projects, often involving cross-border elements and multi-stakeholder execution.

Clients value my sector knowledge, commercial judgement, actionable and issues-focused advice, and my attention to detail, delivered at a service level that matches deal cadence across time zones. I work closely with senior decision-makers, investment committees and operating partners to structure, negotiate and execute transactions efficiently and with clear strategic alignment.

I joined Bird & Bird LLP in 2025, having previously worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP (New York) as well as at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP (both Frankfurt).
