Hilma Huttunen

I am an associate in our Energy & Utilities sector group in Helsinki.

My work focuses on domestic and cross-border renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, battery storage, biogas and power-to-x. I support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from the early development stage to construction and operation.

I regularly advise clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements such as offtake agreements, PPAs, EPCs, feedstock agreements and other key project elements. I work with both developers and investors and have experience in energy related transactions and project structuring.

In addition, I provide regulatory advice on relevant EU and national legislation in connection to energy and utilities. My approach is rooted in understanding the client's business goals and delivering clear, practical advice. I work fluently in both Finnish and English.
