I am an associate in the Competition & EU Law department of the Rome office, where I assist domestic and international clients in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority, with a particular focus on cartel cases, abuse of dominant position and mergers.
My professional activity ranges from civil and administrative litigation to advice on antitrust law and market regulation, with a particular focus on regulated sectors, mainly electronic communications and technology. I also assist clients with issues relating to commercial distribution agreements and antitrust compliance programmes.
Before graduating in law from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza', I was awarded a scholarship to conduct thesis research abroad at the 'Universidad de Granada'. After graduating, I obtained a Master's degree in Competition and Innovation from the LUISS School of Law and currently hold the position of Subject Expert at the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where I contribute to teaching activities.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked with an Italian law firm specialising in assisting companies with antitrust and market regulation matters, as well as consumer protection, gaining solid experience in managing private enforcement litigation.
I am the author of several publications on antitrust law.
