Jacopo Orsi

I am an associate in the Competition & EU Law department based in Rome, assisting domestic and international clients before the Italian Competition Authority and the EU Commission in cases involving cartels, abuse of dominant position and mergers.

I deal with civil and administrative litigation and have a particular focus on regulated sectors, mainly Technology and Communications.

I obtained a Master's degree in Competition and Innovation from LUISS School of Law.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked with an Italian law firm specialised in assisting companies with antitrust and market regulation matters, as well as consumer protection.

I am the author of publications on antitrust law.
