I am an associate in our Corporate Group in Bird & Bird's Beijing office. My practice areas focus on inbound and outbound investment, M&A, private equity investment, liquidation, and general corporate matters.

With a solid understanding of local regulatory environment, I have assisted clients with the establishment of joint ventures/subsidiaries inbound and outbound, drafted relevant transaction documents and participated in negotiations. I also have experience in representing clients for their investments in China on matters including joint venture management and compliance.

I have been involved in various investment transactions and played a key role in managing complex transaction documents, negotiations with multiple parties and proposing advice on restructuring plans. I regularly represent clients across a variety of sectors including e-commerce, manufacturing, education and technology, and have assisted clients with their potential inbound and outbound investments. My understanding of the transaction structure, timely responses and effective communication have been recognised by clients.

I have generally advised on China-related legal matters in transactions and also provided legal advice on client's daily inquiries, including reviewing, negotiating, drafting and revising a wide variety of commercial contracts according to clients' needs in operation. I have also served as legal counsel for clients in various industries to address their legal issues.

In the liquidation field, I have been working with local law offices to assist clients in restructuring their overseas subsidiaries, which have participated in or entered into bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings, and assist overseas clients with effectively filing claims in liquidation proceedings in China. I also have experience in reviewing and verifying external creditors' claims as a member of legal team for the administrator.
