I'm a Corporate partner in our Abu Dhabi office, where I work closely with clients on their mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign direct investment work. In addition, I regularly act for employers on a wide range of employment matters.

My experience includes advising international and domestic clients (including family-owned businesses) on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate advisory work (including set-ups with all related regulatory and licensing requirements), corporate restructuring, and commercial and employment issues. I act for clients hailing from a broad range of sectors, including automotive, education, energy, defence, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and the public sector.

I have a strong understanding of the UAE market, having lived and worked here since 2005.
