Jolanta Kusnierz

I am an associate in the Real Estate team.

I have been advising clients since 2017, specialising in real estate matters, as well as civil and administrative law, including the lease of commercial property and the investment process.

I participate in drafting real estate due diligence reports of, i.a., retail centres, logistics parks and office facilities, and negotiating and preparing leases, with a special focus on office and warehouse space. I am also involved in transactions related to the restructuring of companies whose assets include real properties, as well as agricultural real properties.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience in international law firms and in the legal department of a developer company dealing with, i.a., office investments.
