I am an Associate in our Employment group in Helsinki, where I focus on helping both our domestic and international clients navigate a broad range of employment law matters.

I focus on providing straightforward, effective solutions to everyday and complex employment law matters, with a focus on preventing potential problems.

I advise clients on a wide range of employment law issues, such as drafting employment contracts, matters relating to the termination of employment, co-operation procedures, and employment law aspects of business transactions at both national and international levels. I also assist clients with issues concerning employee data protection.

I have experience in employment and environmental law from business law firms of various sizes. Before joining Bird & Bird, I was an associate at one of Finland's largest law firms, where I gained valuable insights into major investment projects, particularly those involving the green transition. I have also interned at the District Court of Lapland, and during my studies, I served as an editor for my university's legal academic publication.
