About Me
I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Energy & Utilities department in the Madrid office.
I advise industrial clients and investment funds, both foreign and Spanish, on M&A transactions, commercial agreements and energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on renewable energy assets.Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked in a national law firm, where I started my professional career, and in an international law firm. In addition to these experiences, during 2022 I was seconded to an international company dedicated to the development of renewable energy projects.
In addition to my native Spanish, I am fluent in English and Italian.
