Karolína Mládková

I am a Junior Associate based in the Prague office, focusing mainly on Commercial and Corporate law and Dispute resolution.

I joined the Bird & Bird team in 2021 as a paralegal and was promoted to Junior Associate after completing my law degree.

Before joining Bird & Bird I gained experience in a German-speaking international law firm, at the Czech Academy of Science and assisted at a district court.

My main focus is on Commercial and Corporate law, including related litigation aspects. I am also involved in assisting clients in Employment law matters. I am actively involved in supporting clients from a broad spectrum of market sectors, particularly in the Energy and Life Sciences industry.

I speak fluent Czech, English, German and study French in my free time.
