I am an associate in the Intellectual Property team in Bird & Bird's Warsaw office.

I advise clients on complex intellectual property law issues, with a particular focus on patent, design and trademark infringement. My practice includes both day-to-day legal advice and developing strategies for the protection of exclusive rights, all tailored to the specific activities and business needs of my clients.

My professional experience also includes issues related to combating acts of unfair competition, including analysis of legal risks, devising preventive actions and representing clients in disputes arising from violations of fair-trading rules.

I provide support to Polish and foreign clients in managing their portfolios of intellectual property rights at every stage, from obtaining protection, to maintaining it and enforcing their rights. I represent clients in litigation related to the protection of these rights, both before the Polish Patent Office (UPRP) and the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), providing support in administrative and judicial proceedings.
