I am a Junior Associate in our Employment Law department at the Danish office in Copenhagen. My work involves advising on all types of practical and theoretical employment law matters.
In my day-to-day practice, I primarily advise employees on their legal rights in all relevant areas – from the initial job interview to potentially complex dismissal cases.
I have particular work experience in Danish salaried employees' law (white collar-workers) but I frequently apply other legal frameworks as well – including employment-related aspects of EU law, such as anti-discrimination legislation, holiday rights, working time regulations, and more.
Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in handling personal injury matters, with a particular focus on work-related injuries governed by both the Danish Workers' Compensation Act and the Compensation Act.
I always remain mindful that employment-related disputes often involve strong emotions – and I make it a priority to factor this into my advice and approach when assisting clients.
