Lisa Häring

As an associate of our Corporate/M&A Team based in Frankfurt, I advise national and international clients on M&A transactions, restructuring and reorganisations, joint ventures with a particular technology focus and deal with a variety of issues related to corporate and commercial law.

I mainly work on national and cross-border M&A transactions. In doing so, I am always there to advise clients on any transaction-related matter. Of course, I also advise on general matters of corporate law which arise in the ordinary course of business throughout the year. The clients I advise are, in particular, companies and investors from the sectors automotive, technology & communications, software and healthcare.

I studied law in Mainz and at the University of Glasgow. Before I joined Bird & Bird, I worked as a trainee in several international law firms, where I already gained valuable experience in Corporate/M&A projects.
