Lorenz Gauchel

As a lawyer in the international employment law practice group, I advise both national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law from our Munich office.

My focus is on advising my clients on a wide range of issues that arise in connection with the termination of employment relationships. In addition, I draft tailor-made employment documents for them, such as employment contracts, service agreements for managing directors and compensation agreements.

My work also includes advising on collective employment law aspects, for example, regarding co-determination, collective labour agreements and cooperation with works councils.

Before joining our firm as a lawyer, I was able to gain experience in employment law during my legal traineeship there.
