I am an associate in our Employment team in Paris. I advise, assist, and support our clients on all their labour and employment law matters.

I assist our French and international clients in addressing the challenges and issues they may face in the context of labour relations.

I advise our clients on both individual matters (drafting and enforcement of employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts, etc.) and collective matters (establishment and operation of employee representative bodies, collective bargaining, restructuring, etc.), providing secure, pragmatic legal solutions tailored to the challenges of each situation.

I also assist our clients in the management of pre-litigation cases and in their dealings with French authorities (labour inspectorate, URSSAF, primary health insurance funds, etc.).

I represent and defend our clients' interests before all courts.

I am committed to providing our clients with practical and tailored solutions.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2026, I worked for several years in law firms in teams specialising in labour law with French and international clients.

I also worked in the Human Resources Department of a French pharmaceutical company for two years. These experiences have enabled me to develop operational and pragmatic expertise in employment law and social security law.
