I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Corporate/M&A department in the Madrid office.

My practice is currently focused on advising national and international clients in all types of M&A transactions, participating in due diligence procedures, corporate restructuring, investments and divestments, in different sectors and industries, as well as M&A transactions with a special focus on the Energy & Utilities sector.

I also advise our clients on recurring matters arising from their transactions.

I am fluent in English and Catalan, in addition to my native Spanish.
