Martin Novotný

I am a junior associate based in our Prague office, focusing primarily on corporate and financial regulation matters.

My corporate law experience includes advising clients on all matters relating to establishing a corporate presence in the Czech Republic, including advising on proceedings to obtain permits and licenses or on the registration of beneficial owners. Furthermore, I assist clients with their day-to-day corporate governance, corporate changes, as well as restructuring projects.

In my previous practice, I have gained substantial experience in banking and finance, including advising clients on green and sustainability-linked deals, as well as other ESG-related issues.

I am also particularly interested in combining new technologies with legal regulations, which is manifested in my deep interest in digital assets and AI, both from the technological and legal standpoint.
