As an associate in the regulatory and administrative law department at our Rome office, I assist Italian and foreign clients in administrative litigation and provide them with out-of-court advice, mainly in the field of public procurement but also in various regulated sectors.
I graduated from the University of Siena with a degree in law (LMG/01), with a thesis in administrative law entitled "In-house companies in light of recent reforms." Subsequently, I attended legal training courses, including the "Vittorio Emanuele Orlando" Law School.
During my professional experience, I have specialised in administrative law, cultivating a particular interest in the areas of public contracts, public financing, concessions of state property, and the construction of public works. In particular, I deal with the drafting of legal documents and opinions, out-of-court advice, the resolution of operational issues, and the analysis of documentation submitted to my attention.
Before joining Bird & Bird in October 2025, I was part of a leading boutique law firm in Rome, highly specialised in administrative law, focusing in particular on public procurement (contracts, concessions and PPPs), public financing, strategic infrastructure, public services, expropriations and regulated markets (in particular, pharmaceuticals and airports).
