Mateusz Laska

I am a junior associate in the Real Estate team.

I have been advising clients since 2021, specialising in matters relating to administrative law and procedure, civil law, and real estate law.

I assist clients in real estate transactions. I participate in preparing due diligence reports relating to real properties, including logistics parks, office buildings and retail facilities. I prepare transaction documents and conduct post-transaction activities. Additionally, I also assist in the process of negotiating and drafting commercial leases, especially for office and warehouse premises.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience as part of the Administrative Law Team of the Legal Advice Clinic at Warsaw University's Faculty of Law.
