As an associate in the Corporate & Finance group, I provide advice and assist on a wide range of corporate, financial, and commercial matters, including M&A transactions, (commercial) contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.

Building strong and effective client relationships is at the core of our practice group. I strive to understand my clients' unique goals and challenges, ensuring that my advice is practical, strategic, and aligned with their business needs.

My passion for the legal profession stems from a desire to solve complex problems and help clients achieve their objectives. I find great satisfaction in handling cross-border matters, as they provide the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues from Bird & Bird offices across the globe.

I am a member of Bird & Bird's Media, Entertainment, and Sports sector group, with a specific focus on its global Sports and Games subsector.

I obtained my Master of Laws at the University of Antwerp and completed an LL.M. at the Panthéon-Assas University in Paris. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience in leading law firms in Brussels and in Paris.
