I am a senior associate in our Corporate Group, focusing on restructuring and insolvency. I assist debtor, creditors and investors in all aspects of insolvency proceedings.

I specialise in civil and corporate law, with a focus on bankruptcy, assisting creditors, debtors and third party investors.

I have gained a wealth of experience over many years in providing advice on legal issues relating to corporate insolvency and restructuring cases. I have specific experience in standstill agreements, debt restructuring agreements and composition with creditors. I am used to drafting and negotiating different types of agreements with banks, debtors, investors and creditors in the debt restructuring sector.

I advise clients on M&A transactions and corporate extraordinary transactions, as well as in drafting and negotiating of the relevant agreements, including investment framework agreements, shareholders' agreements, sale and purchase agreements.
