I'm an associate in our Corporate practice in Stockholm, where I advise clients on legal matters relating to corporate law. I work with domestic and cross-border transactions, private M&A transactions and other corporate law matters.

I joined Bird & Bird as an associate in 2026 after working as a trainee at the firm, where I gained broad experience across various corporate matters. During my legal studies at Stockholm University, I took advanced courses in corporate taxation and studied taxation of international transactions during my exchange semester at Université Catholique de Lyon in France.

My practice focuses on advising Swedish and international clients on corporate law matters, including M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. I take a practical and solution-oriented approach, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide advice that supports their commercial goals. I enjoy tackling complex legal issues and finding pragmatic solutions that align with my clients' strategic priorities.
